Realistic- Cooking/Baking involves hands-on food preparation and often requires you to stand and move around your working environment most of the day.
Investigative- Any cooking you do involves chemistry. The use of heat, cold, and cutting changes the composition of foods. They use the method of creating an idea and obtaining results through experimenting with flavors or scents.
Artistic- They must make the food aesthetically pleasing for it to get good ratings; Artistic cooks are driven by their passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen.
