Profile identifiers are identify information like email address or phone number that links to a Wise customer's profile. By providing an identifier, our system uses it to look up the matching profile. To find a match, the receiver has to be discoverable with identifiers.

What to do if you find a duplicate account of a Fraud deactivated CST?

If a customer creates a new profile, they will most likely get caught by the fraud engine and get monitored — a fraud agent will check and deactivate it.

Deactivated CSTs have to appeal, but they can’t open a new account. 

So, if you encounter any active profile (when there is a profile previously deactivated by Fraud) please click on the MONITOR button and and leave a comment to Ninjas with relevant links and information. No need to escalate separately through other channels.

Depending on how the customer chooses to pay, the balance transfer fee applies (for same-currency transfers there’s no fee – only conversion fee applies).

 paying from a Wise account - you pay no additional fees on top of the conversion fees (if not same-currency transfer).

 paying from an external account, you pay the transfer type fees on top of conversion fees (if not same-currency transfer).

What steps do you take when a recipient claims they are not getting the email to enter their bank account details?

 Ask the recipient/ask the customer to ask the recipient to check for the emails from noreply@wise.com 

 If needed, resend the email from Ninjas Transfer page (not Contacts) from the Admin emails list under Old Admin Emails with “Money To Email: Resend Recipient email”. Don’t send the email if we have not received payment for the transfer.

 If they still haven't received the email, ask them to whitelist our email addresses noreply@wise.com and info@wise.com. If you resend the email and they still have not received it, they’ll need to contact their mail provider and ask them to allow the emails we send through.
