WHAT IS THE STAFF DRESS CODE?
STAFF SHOULD WEAR GSS SHIRTS AT ALL TIMES. NO OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE ON CLOTHING. CLOTHING SHOULD NOT REVEAL ANY CLEAVAGE, STOMACH OR UNDERWEAR. SNEAKERS ARE TO BE WORN.
WHAT IS CHILD NEGLECT?
FAILURE TO MEET A CHILD'S BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS ADEQUATE HEALTH CARE, SUPERVISION, CLOTHING, NUTRITION, HOUSING, AS WELL AS THEIR PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SAFETY NEEDS.
WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR DOCUMENTING STAFF ATTENDANCE?
ALL STAFF IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETING THEIR TIME SHEET FOR THE PAY PERIOD. HOURS WORKED MUST BE DOCUMENTED ON A DAILY BASIS.
WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING STAFF AND YOUTH INTERACTIONS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND THROUGH OTHER PERSONAL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION?

STAFF SHOULD IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY PROGRAM DIRECTOR OR SUPERVISOR. 1 OR 2 STAFF SEARCH FOR MISSING KID WHILE REMAINDER OF STAFF STAYS WITH GROUP. AFTER 10 MINUTES NOTIFY ARENA STAFF AND LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES.
