Activate the Alarm. 

If at any point during the robbery you were unable to or it was unsafe to activate the alarm, the first thing that needs to be done is activating that alarm. This will lock the doors and alert police and fraud and security that there was a hold up and an emergency.

Make sure that everyone in the branch is ok. If anyone is injured, do what we can to take care of them till emergency services arrive.
