Metamorphic Rock
This rock is made up of other rocks when applied heat, pressure, and sometimes a chemical process. This rock contains multiple igneous rocks and multiple sedimentary rocks.
What is metamorphic rock?
This rock is formed when magma either erupts from underground and turns into lava which cools quickly and the rock doesn't have enough time to form small crystals.This rock also forms from magma underground when the magma cools, but when it forms underground it cools slowly so there are more larger crystals.
How is igneous rock formed?
This rock forms from the pressure from the ground above it smashing rocks together. Over time the minerals will cement togather and form a rock.
