This person is mostly there to take extra matters out of the director's hands, usually by being in charge of the cast's blocking and directions.

While these people are members of the cast rather than the creative team, they play a crucial role in helping the cast learn choreography simply by being better at it than the average person
What are dance captains?
At the bottom of just about every ladder, you find this group of performers who spend most of their time on the stage

No, they're not the singer of the hit song "Yeah!", they're just the volunteers who make sure everyone knows where they're sitting for the performance

You can't have a show without this person getting the word out there that people need to see this hot new thing!
Who is the marketing director?
This person makes sure that the cast works up a sweat with exciting dance moves that keep everyone on their toes
Who is the choreographer?
Assuming that the technical director isn't designing their elements themselves, these people are here to take the reins and make their vision for the stage a reality.
Who are set/light/sound designers?
Hats, masks, dresses, and shoes are all altered with a keen eye by this dedicated team
What is the costume crew?
Make sure you get your tickets from this team, otherwise you're not going to see the show!
What is the box office?
A production cannot succeed without a person's creative vision, and this person is in charge of creating that vision
Who is the director?
It's very common to find this person in their office sewing, hemming, or creating items like masks
Who is the costume designer?
If anyone on the cast or any of the crews doesn't understand an element of the script, this person is on-hand to find the answer, no matter how hard they must analyze the script

Most of the money for any production comes from this person, who in exchange for providing that money gets a say in how the production is run

Any onstage elements that don't directly involve the cast are all coordinated by this multifaceted individual, who's in charge of making sure that everything can be seen and heard properly
Who is the technical director?
There is absolutely nothing that goes on backstage that this person doesn't know about; costume changes, props, lighting cues, this person does it all.
Who is the stage manager?
It's very common to find these overworked individuals running every which way backstage, frantically helping someone out of their costume, or desperately looking for a prop that they just had in their hand
What is the stage crew?
Whether it's a snack, a bottle of water, or even alcohol, this team is responsible for around half of a production's profits
What is concessions?
While it is not common in professional theatre, community theatre often have a division based around providing classes for children, overseen by this executive
