"Art thou so bare and full of wretchedness, / And fear'st to die? famine is in thy cheeks, / Need and oppression starveth in thine eyes, / Contempt and beggary hangs upon thy back; / The world is not thy friend nor the world's law; / The world affords no law to make thee rich; / Then be not poor, but break it, and take this."

What does Juliet say about names? Explain.
That names shouldn't matter, because something would still be what it was even if it had a different name. Juliet says this on her balcony in reference to Romeo being a Montague; she says he would still be the man that she loves even if he had a different name.

Compare Romeo’s and Juliet’s individual reaction to the news that Romeo is banished.
Romeo is completely devastated and says he'd rather die than be banished and have to live without Juliet. Juliet is conflicted at first. What is the consequence of Friar John failing to deliver Friar Laurence’s letter?
Romeo never learns of Friar Lawrence and Juliet's new plan. Balthasar reports Juliet's death to Romeo, he seeks out the Apothecary for poison, goes to Juliet's tomb, kills Paris, and then kills himself. Juliet then wakes up, sees her dead husband, and kills herself. So basically, the whole rest of the play and the deaths of Romeo, Juliet, and Paris are the consequence of Friar John no delivering the letter.
