The table captains clean the area in the cafe and can come back for lunch on Monday as a reward.

No, you are never allowed leave the playground without an adult, nor are you allowed to be in the classroom without an adult.
What happens when I complete my work slowly and to the best of my ability?
I can earn a ticket and then go onto a "can do" or "plugged in" option on the choice board.
How do you earn an MIR?
You CAN earn a MIR anytime you are not being safe, accountable, respectful, or organized. Usually a behavior that is repeated.

Look to see what the job is and ask the teacher or a team mate.
