If you have written any identifying notes about one of your patients, this is the only acceptable way to dispose of the documents

This is the amount of time I should anticipate a response from the progam if I have a concern or inquiry (non emergent) at my clinical site.

SOAP notes are due WEEKLY by this day/time

This is the total number of rotation in the clinical year

This is one of the most important pieces of contact information that I need to confirm with my preceptor and report in my onboarding evaluation so that the preceptor will receive future evaluations

Other than the outpatient setting, inpatient setting, and O.R., this is a required setting that ALL PA students must rotate in prior to graduation

If a mandatory drug screening came back positive, the student would be referred to what group for investigation and possible disciplinary action?
The student is responsible to communicate any changes to these peices of personal/contact information to the program immediately

2 part question: 1. This is the proper length of lab coat that must be work by the student at all times unless preceptor permission has been given not to, and 2. This is the other item that MUST be worn by the PA student at ALL times.
