Income Verifications
Use this shortcut when the household reports that they have income from employment but does not provide any verification.

The household indicates that someone works part-time but gets wildly different hours week to week. This shortcut would appear in your missing docs letter.

These two shortcuts refer to benefits or income received by veterans or members of the military.

When the HS returns a voicemail, we add this note.

Sometimes a tenant's situation doesn’t quite fit w/ the documents being requested, we can add this to letters to offer more options

The household does not report income from an employer listed on a previous annual or intake packet. Your missing docs letter would include this shortcut.

The household has a 401(k) they’re getting payments from. We would request documentation of that using this shortcut.

This shortcut gives examples of interests held in trust or restricted lands, gaming operations, settlements.

When the HS emails the T, we add this note.

When we receive blurry documents, this shortcut would be great to use.

We would ask for this after we reviewed the report that states a T did not declare income during a previous annual period

The household reports that a child is in their custody less than half the time. You would use this shortcut.
