Ok first off, sourdough bread. Butter bread w/ garlic butter. Layer two slices pepper jack cheese slices. Arrange four mozzarella sticks on top of cheese. (OPTIONAL STEP: Add a slice of tomato seasoned w/ salt & olive oil here). Lay final two slices of chipotle jack cheese. Top off with other slice of bread & cook in a panini press.
