This is exactly what you should do if you forget a pencil or a piece of paper.
Paper: what is, go to the black bin and take a piece of paper; write your name on the board under paper; use the paper; erase your name off of the board at the end of the week.
These are examples of when we would use all four of the voice levels.

1: turn and talk
2: group work
3: when Ms. Love calls on you during class to answer a question

What is raise your hand and wait for permission to speak or leave your seat?
This is exactly what you should do if you need to sharpen your pencil during:
1. The Do Now or other independent activity
2. A whole class lesson while Ms. Love is teaching
1. What is look at the pencil sharpener; if no one is there, go ahead and get up and sharpen your pencil without bothering anyone.
2. What is swap your pencil for one of Ms. Love's in the blue basket, write your name on the board, and swap back at the end of class (erasing your name)
This is how Ms. Love will check if the class understands something we are covering in class.
What is the numbering system:
1. I am lost.
2. I'm starting to understand, but I have questions.
3. I've got it, but would like more practice.
4. I feel confident I could teach this.
This is what will happen if you receive a referral from Ms. Love at any point during the week.
What is you will not participate in Gym Choice Day on Fridays?
What is you will lose Cougar Cash?
These are four things you should remember in the event of an emergency.
