Is cell phone use and students behind the ACE and the teacher's desk allowed?

No.  First, you will get a warning.  Second, administrators will be called to pick up your cell phone, and it will be placed at the front office for your parent to pick up at the end of the day.  Only ACE and teachers are allowed behind the desks.

What are integrity and decorum?

Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.  Decorum is proper behavior, especially in a formal setting.

What do you do when you arrive at class?

You are to hang your backpack, enter the class civilly, put your lunchbox in your cubby or leave it in your backpack, put your Chromebook on the tech cart, and grab your material bag.

Do you automatically get in line to leave the classroom?

NO.  First, pick up anything off the floor and wait until Ms. Diana or I call you to line up; do not run to get in line at the door. Face forward.

Do we run to Color Wars or the Special Event?

NO.  We will follow the lining-up procedures and walk quietly down the hallway in a straight line.

Is any type of drinks and eating food all day in class allowed?

No.  ONLY water bottles allowed.  The only time eating inside class is allowed is during snacks, breakfast, lunch, or an after-school party.

Accountability is being responsible for your actions and their consequences for those actions.

You are to use the restroom before you line up, or wait until you go outside to ask Ms. Diana if you can go to the restroom.

They swing normally.  You are not allowed to touch anyone or swing your arms that will hurt another person.

GoGuardian.  First, you will get a warning.  Second, you lose your Chromebook for the day, and an email is sent home.

Self-discipline is the ability to control one's behavior and do what is right without being told.

Y:  You clean up - put away toys, all of the balls played with, Legos, hula hoops, pick up trash, even if you did not play with them or dropped the trash
