-Open the ROVE and view the video on Dash Cam Video tab and download it.
-Once downloaded, they can disconnect to the dashcam's WiFi and connect to their home WiFi or mobile data. Open ROVE app again and access the downloaded video on Local Album tab and the GPS should show up.

Split each video file into an appropriate length based on your selection, either 1min, 3mins, 5mins, or 10mins. The camera continuously records loop by loop, so it can delete the oldest video files automatically when the memory card becomes full, so you don’t have to manually delete them.
If you choose to turn off this feature, the camera will continue to record each file 4GB in size until the memory card becomes full and then it will give you a “Card Full” message. It will NOT record any further until you either delete files to make room or format the memory card.

In your own words, how do you assist a customer who is having issues connecting their dashcam to their phone? Customer bought a new truck, confirmed there No VPN, No WiFi-Calling, No Data. What else is hindering them from connecting? Please explain why it causes the problem and everything they need to know.
Your phone will automatically prioritize the vehicle’s system (especially if it’s wireless). Since CarPlay/Android Auto requires your phone’s Wi-Fi, it interferes or blocks the dash cam’s Wi-Fi connection.
-Temporarily turn off CarPlay / Android Auto in the vehicle settings
-Or plug your phone in with a cable so CarPlay uses USB instead of Wi-Fi
-Not necessary to always to connect to dashcam wifi as it will still function and record. They disconnect after viewing or downloading video so they can still connect with their CarPlay or Android Auto.

-This feature can only be activated if you instal the dashcam in your fuse box properly using the ROVE Ultimate hardwire kit.
-The feature works as soon as you turn off the car, the camera will STOP the continuous video recording, and it will go into the motion detection mode, and will stay ON and idle, but the LCD will be off after some seconds.
-The camera will only record video when it detects motion in front of the camera, and then it will record until no more motion is detected.
-When the dashcam is in idle mode and not recording, the LED stays solid red. When it detects motion, the LED starts to blink, indicating it's recording the motion. Screen stays OFF when motion is only detected.
-The recorded motion videos are saved only in the regular video folder, not the locked video files.
-While the camera continues to record the motion, if the person moving around decides to smash the hood enough to trigger G sensor, the camera wakes up and record 1 full minute video and will be saved under locked folders. When you start the vehicle, you will be prompted that the parking mode has been activated. Please note if motion is only detected, this prompt will not show up.
