What is an SDS sheet?

They are information sheets supplied by manufacturers or distributors of chemical materials. These sheets are maintained by the 3E Versik Company, and they can be obtained on the RPB home page.

What is a secondary containment? Where are they located in the RPB?

A secondary containment is a vessel specifically used to contain leaks and spills before they reach drains or harm people. They are able to hold the entire volume of liquid inside the vessels resting on top of them.

They are located on the 1st floor under ALL chemical jugs, totes, and barrels.
