What does OPT do and what are a few main benefits?

Order & Pay at the table allows guests to use their smartphones to scan a QR code to order their meals as well as pay for them.

Benefits: increases ticket size when guests don't have to wait for a server to order another round, another app etc. Decreases table turn time because servers don't need to run back and forth entering orders at a terminal, bringing back receipts, taking cards etc. Safety benefits in terms of COVID as the server doesn't need to handle a credit card or check.

How much is online ordering with Toast (either for ToastNow or if a Toast customer wants to add it to their subscription)?

A prospect calls in and his phone number is linked to a churned account. You book him a disco with the rep- how do you create that opportunity?

Create a new lead and convert normally to make a new account. If it were a closed lost opp you could make a new opp on the old account
