What is “program is not covered by E.O. 12372”?
The physical address of where research is conducted, which is different on every proposal, is entered in this section.
What is the RR performance site?
Within the compliance data section, these fields must receive a response.
What is animal subjects, human subjects, and biosafety fields? All of them!
