The Horticulture Program is comprised of three general areas of coverage that are each key components to the team as a whole. First is the exterior landscape and green roofs, second is the Spheres and special interior plantings. This is the third important area.

What is Accurate Background?
This is the location at Rufus 2.0 where you can find farmer's markets and other events throughout the year.

This is the system part used for cutting off the water supply to an area, floor or system.
What is a water shut off valve?
This is the accounting system that Rufus 2.0 uses to code and approve invoices before a check run.
What is Nexus?
Each winter, the Horticulture Program works with Property Management teams to help make the SLU and Regrade neighborhoods look festive, while also ensuring that the neighborhood trees are protected.
What are Holiday Lights/winter lights/tree lights?
This is where retail tenants can find general information on the building, building rules and regulations, neighborhood amenities and tenant services. It is updated and distributed to tenants periodically.
What is the Retail Tenant Manual or Handbook?
Requests for event loading/unloading in the loading dock is sent to this email for processing.

This is a system that is used by window washers primarily to raise and lower a basket along vertical walls from a single motorized davit arm system.

This is the governing document regarding a tenant's occupation, rights, responsibilities and other pertinent information.

This is the chemical-free pest control system the Horticulture Team uses beneficial predatory insects to help control pest insect species both in the Spheres, and in the exterior landscape.
What is Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?
This can take multiple forms, but in general is required for all work occurring on campus.

This group is responsible for approving temporary event signed in common areas
What is Property Management?
This is the name given to the water that takes the heat from the chiller refrigerant and takes it to the Cooling Towers where the heat is rejected into the air.
What is condenser water?
This is the reforecast of the budget completed twice each year during budget cycles and is commonly abbreviated to "R&O."
