During the processing of points of information, delegates may request to follow up with a secondary question at the discretion of the chair.
Only one is allowed in HIAMUN.
What are rules of procedure?
Specific rules for debating resolutions, rules for editing or working with resolutions, and rules for the conference in general

What will happen if the voting results are very close?
The house will be divided and delegations are individually called on to state their vote which is voting by roll-call.
What is the difference between Add and Insert?
Add: adding new paragraphs or sub-paragraphs
Insert: inserting a new continuous phrase into an existing paragraph or subparagraph.
After a delegate is recognized and speaks there are 2 scenarios, what are they?
1. Delegate speaks on resolution
2. Delegate makes an ammendment

Strike out: striking out an entire paragraph or part of one.
Add: adding new paragraphs or sub-paragraphs
Insert: inserting a new continuous phrase into an existing paragraph or subparagraph.
Change: changing a segment of the paragraph or sub-paragraph with different wording.

1. Main submitter yields the floor to another delegate
2. Main submitter yields the floor to the chair

What are the 2 scenarios of amendments to the second degree?
Scenario 1: Don't resume debate on the original amendment if the amendment to the second degree affects the original amendment in its entirety.
Scenario 2: Resume debate on the orginal amendment after an amendment to the second degree passes that refers to one element of the original amendment only
