When the teacher or a classmate is speaking, how can you show them you are listening and respect what they are saying?
Facing them, not talking, not messing with things in your desk or something that would distract you, fully listening to what they are saying, if you have a question about something they are talking about, waiting until they are done to quietly raise your hand and ask your question.
Why do you think it is important to complete a task when asked by Miss Kiessling or another teacher in a timely manner? What if you do not feel like or agree with the task being asked?
So you do not get behind on work and so that you are ready for the next thing.
