what is our process for FY24 if a group overspends its budget?
If a group completes the fiscal year with a negative balance greater than 10% of their total allocation for the fiscal year, that group will be penalized with a reduction of half of the same percentage from their next fiscal year budget. For instance, if an organization possessed a 12% negative balance in FY2017, 6% would be deducted from FY 2018.
