Childcare staff should take care to preserve dignity and privacy in this event, taking children to a separate space for diaper changes where they are not around other children. )

What is explicit, written permission? (note: Adult leaders should post photos on social network sites only with prior written permission granted by a parent/guardian. When posted, photos must NOT be tagged with names or location indicators. All photos must be appropriate and in keeping with the spirit of the ministry event.
FVUMC staff and social media page administrators may speak with staff to establish whether permission was granted during registration. That permission only covers FVUMC accounts
To post on FVUMC pages (such as facebook groups for mission trips), volunteers should check with FVUMC staff to establish from whom we have permission to post
