What is
1. Verify air conditionings are in proper working order. Notify your DM if there are any concerns.
2. Perform outdoor activities early in the morning or evening
3. Drink plenty of non-carbonated, non-caffeinated beverages: water, Gatorade, and electrolyte replacement drinks
4. Start activities slowly, allowing your body to adjust and work-up to more challenging tasks
5. Take frequent breaks and take turns performing outdoor activities when you are double covered
6. Let a buddy property know that you are going outside to perform a task. If you are longer than the anticipated time period, they can check-up on you.
