NO! Always dump before the berm, and let a dozer push it further, if needed.
If a misfire is suspected, how long do you wait before someone enters the blast area?
Dyno waits minimum of 35 minutes.

It should be posted in the main office. (If not - ask your supervisor where its posted)

When working with crushers, what do you generally lock out?
The crusher itself, feed belt/feeder, belt underneath crusher, and anything else that could cause harm in that area.
How do you properly test the braking system on a piece of equipment?
The service brake needs to be able to stop and hold the equipment with its typical load on the maximum grade it travels.
What is the safe distance to be from a blast?
There is no safe distance, so always make sure to follow the instructions and protocol set in place.
What should everyone being doing every time they enter a work area or piece of equipment?
Hint: you heard Josh say this acronym many, many times during PT46.
