Why should you never allow your limbs to hang off of, or stick your limbs outside of the control compartment, while operating lift equipment?
The safest place to be is in / on your vehicle. You will eliminate the risk of pinning your limb between your lift and an object.
When should you exercise a team lift?
When the product is over 70lbs.
When the object is too large / awkward.
When you cannot safety lift the object.

Come to a complete STOP

Wear gloves / have the pallet on its side on the ground while you guide it to where it needs to be / if you must lift keep it close to your body and arms at a 90 degree angle.
Why should you never use damage PPE and where can you find new PPE if you need it?
Damaged PPE is less likely to protect you.

What should you do if you notice something wrong with your lift while going through your daily lift inspection?
