The label on the bottle can give you important information, such as level of flammability, if the substance is corrosive, reactive to oxygen, etc.
For full information however, you can look up the substance in the SDS binder. This will give additional information, such as first aid instructions.

False; Safety glasses don't provide protection from splashes. Safety Goggles or a Face Shield should be used.

There are 3 fire extinguishers; one is in the hallway leading to the scary room, one is between the tech bar and break room, and the last is in the hall between X-ray and the Laundry Room.
