Proper way to remove contaminated gloves.
Grasp the outside of one glove with your opposite hand. Avoid touching your bare skin to prevent contamination.
Peel glove away, turning it inside out as you remove it. Hold the removed glove in your remaining gloved hand.
Insert your finger of your ungloved hand inside the wrist of the second glove, and peel it off while turning it inside out which wraps the first glove inside the second.
Dispose of gloves and then wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
