Why is diluting chemicals so important?
To avoid severe injury/burns. Ex: An employee was pouring 10184 directly onto concrete (undiluted) and some splashed onto his boot. Burned directly through and left black hole on their foot within the first few minutes
Why do we send someone outside in the event that 911 should be called?
