Turn on faucet to as hot as you can take it. Use soap. Wash hands for 15 seconds. Wash to elbows. Use paper towel to turn off faucet and get more paper towels to dry off your hands. Wash hands after the bathroom, each time you use a different latex glove, and anytime you touch your hair.
