Only licensed drivers who are defensive driving certified.

When cleaning or dealing with the residents, we can't touch bodily fluids, so what should we do to prevent this?

Wear gloves if it seems that it will become an issue. When in doubt, just wear gloves. Or if you don't feel comfortable with a certain task let us know.

What is the time limit to filling out an incident report form?

You have 24-48 hours to fill out and turn it in, unless it is Friday then you will turn it in Monday.

How does someone become defensive driving certified?

Talk to Liz and she will add class on Canvas, once added complete the course and show Liz the certificate of completion.

For risk management purposes we are not allowed to touch the participants. In what situation are we allowed to do so?

When instructed by 911, if they were called about an accident that has occurred. EX: to perform CPR give air, if instructed

If the door on the second story is blocked during a hazard, how else would you get out?

You would use the white safety ladder and put it out the window to the left of the JHRP desk.

Are we allowed to discuss the residents and the private things that we see or hear?

No, Silvercrest has a confidentiality paper we must sign. Things we see or hear should not be discussed outside of the site.
