To make a difference for the employees by helping them out and we also gain job skills.

No! We need to help out, do our chores first, offer to help out, even ask for permission to be on the phone after helping out is showing much more respect.

This causes people to be upset, wait your turn.   This is not a positive way to make a difference, it is negative.

We are helping the employees by organizing the food pantry, we make a difference by preparing bags of food for those in need.

This is what we are doing when we deliver Meals on Wheels.  

We are making a difference by spreading kindness, making friends with those who live alone, bringing prepared food to those who are unable to prepare healthy meals. Also by providing nourishing meals we enable the elderly to stay independent in their own homes.
