We do not partial ship production items. What can you do to avoid ESD issues? What are the only exceptions to this rule?
Communicate (longest) ESD - split off decorated items that delay uniforms - check stock/drop ship items before closing order. Exceptions = delays on Production end (ex: fabric delay, order remake)
"Our team didn't end up ordering as much on the Team Store as I thought. Can you refund the parents who bought the custom camp tee?"
No, there are no refunds on Team Stores when minimums are not met. Your school/organization is responsible for buying the remaining items needed.
