No! Current data: does not need to be average...can be range of data points, current score, last data point.
What is the assessors role on my case?
Assessors will remain on any new case for the first 6 months (e.g., split supervision hours, monthly check-ins, 2 and 5 month check-in). The capacity in which they are connected will be communicated to you by your Assessor or AD/AM. The Assessor will be billing supervision and/or parent training hours. They will be communicating this to the assigned SV.
The assigned supervisor will be the main supervisor on the case (e.g., receiving cancellation notifications, case start up, etc.). The Assessor and supervisor should have open communication in regards to scheduling, hours, and responsibilities.

Who notifies families of the canceled sessions?
Rescheduling will be calling families to flip to telehealth and confirm with the BI on the case.

Completely separated page with different domains, activities, and service opportunities
Why is the assessor staying on my case?
Continuity of care! This will allow the Assessor to support and modify their initial assessment for an extended amount of time, rather than the short assessment authorization times allotted by funding sources.
Assessors are now required to complete the Assessment Bundle within the first 90 days of direct treatment.

Use GAMES as one method to help with holiday hours
SVs to plan to hit majority of their monthly hours by 12/18 (especially ALL DIRECT/TH hours). That way they can spend the last two weeks do more indirect hours/work on reports etc.
