Step 1. Ask for all of the retainers to be sent back (used and new)
Step 2. Please follow regular RMA Procedure
Step 3. File complaint ticket
Step 4. If customer wants to fix relapse, we need to send a ticket to IO asking for CR option to be enabled on IDS
Step 5. We must instruct customer to call once they get the invoice for this CR, so we can credit it.
