What is a Secret Shopper, why is it important, and how do you know when someone is a secret shopper?

A secret shopper is a student who is SECRETLY scoring you presentation, attitude, cleanliness and food quality. Is it important because we get scored on it with feedback (they will use your name). You don't know who is going to be a secret shopper that is why consistency is important :)
