What is a Life Cycle?
A business process container in OnBase. It is configured within Workflow to organize steps and events.
These are the two ways to correct a document classification. For example, if a transcript is identified as High School instead of College
1) Go to Options --> Reclassify Document Manually
2) F7
These 3 conditions must be satisfied before the transcript data can be exported
1) Valid Student ID
2) Valid External Organization ID
3) Complete coursework data on each line

Applicant Not Found
Institution Not Found

How do you see a related item (i.e. the transcript image) from a workflow queue?
From Unity or the WebClient, you need to be in a workflow that has been configured to display related items. You can select the related items tab to see the associated related items. You will need to make sure your 'Secondary Viewer' is enabled in order to see your main document and the related item side by side.

What is Verifier?
A view used within Brainware where the user verifies and corrects extracted transcript data
What do you do if you want to close out a batch in Verifier but still save your work?
Click on the Batch List. You will be prompted to save or close without saving.
What do you see in a load balanced workflow queue when you have no documents assigned to you?
You see the queue but where you would see the list of documents you instead see a message that says "No items to display".
These BFT user queues allow you to edit the validation unity form. Name 3.
