What technology do students need to take the test? 

A computer with a CA secure browser and wired headphones. No wireless/bluetooth headphones are permitted.

While some students will have designated supports, are teachers / test coordinators allowed to prompt students to use them? 

No. So it will be important to have done some practice ahead of time so that students are familiar with their supports.

Can a student pause a test and return to it later? 

Yes! As long as the test has only been paused and not submitted a student can return to it.

How can collaborative learning prepare students for testing?

Small groups can practice explaining their thinking, solving problems aloud, and defending answers, which builds reasoning skills.
