All contraband will be stored in sealed storage bins and returned to you upon discharge. All high value items are sealed in a safe bag and locked away in secure safe. Home medications will be secured in safe in medication room.
When can you look at your medical records?
Upon discharge.
Patient will be provided information to access their online portal (Epic MyChart) and can request documentations through medical records.
Why can't we have food outside of the dining room?
Infection control, ants/pest, and wasting food

Where can you gain the most in treatment?
Groups. Attending and engaging in all the group therapies and programming
When will antidepressant or mood stabilizing medications reach therapeutic levels?
21 - 90 days. (3 weeks - 3 months)
Why is your nurse giving your medication differently? (different dose, different medication, different times, etc?)
Your nurse can only administer as prescribed by the doctors. If you have a question about a medication, dose, or anything else, please consult your RN and doctors.
