Do your best retell: After the ghost says, "you've got it," what happens next?

You will get more points the more detail you can provide--make it school appropriate, please!

The ghost entered the boy's room and pointed his dead, skeletal finger at the boy. The boy jumped out of bed and screamed, a high-pitch scream so loud that windows 50 miles away broke, dogs howled, and his parents woke up. Then, the boy said, "yes, I ate your toe. And it was disgusting. What did you eat while you were still alive? Garbage? Get out of my house, I'm not afraid of you!"

And the ghost, surprised by the boy's show of courage and offended by his rudeness,  immediately disappeared.

The End.

Defend your opinion with detail on this:

What is a better way to end this? Jump-scaring your friends with "YOU'VE GOT IT!" or Just letting it sit with the ghost saying it and leaving it at that.

Tell me what you think and WHY for full points.

I will accept anything that resembles this:

I think.......because.......
