42 hours is the minimum. Based on Sales, Staffing, and Receiving, the manage may be required to work additional hours to the needs of the business. During the Week of Thanksgiving and Christmas, the manager may be required to 45 hours as well as high season, etc.

Payroll hours are determined by your Sales Plan. You should always check your Allowed Hours for each week when writing a schedule.

40 hours is the minimum, should be no more than 42 hours unless permission is given by Dawn or Jes. ASM's must also work 5 days a week.
How many hours can a PT employees work per week BEFORE needing approval from Dawn/Jes?
28 hrs. If PT employees are needed to work past that, it must seek approval from Dawn/Jes prior to scheduling it.
How many weeks' notice should be given to your direct manager prior to vacation starting?
2 weeks must be given prior to vacation starting. Sales Associates, Key Holders, and ASM must request to the SM. SM must request to Dawn/Jes.
SMs are required to work on Wednesdays for the conference call. What happens if the SM is on vacation?
ASM is required to work on Wednesday to cover the conference call
Do employees (Non SM or ASM) get Holiday pay?
Yes.
They get the following holidays paid time and a half:
New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
SM's and ASM's are allowed to have either a weekend or back-to-back days off __ per month
Once. Vacation does not count towards this.
What is the range that a FT employee (non SM or ASM) work on a week?

If your store abnormal slow, send employees home early. The company reserves the right to send employees home early based on business needs.
