A patient complaining of Chest Pain, Facial Drooping, or SOB that is having a hard time catching breath between words on the phone?

A patient being referred from E/R visit 2 days ago

A patient who has had a 99.5 fever for 24 hours, a cough, runny nose and itchy, watery eyes

A patient who has Chest Pain or Shortness of Breath who doesn't want to go to the ER

A 3 month follow-up appointment for hypertension
What is a 15 minute visit?
A patient who is new to the area, not been seen by any local providers, complains of severe restless leg syndrome and requests to see a provider today if possible
What is a Same Day New patient?
A long time patient of Nancy's who calls and states they have had back pain for a week and are having trouble walking, states need to be seen right away, can you please get them in today.
What is a time when you need to ask the provider if you can double book their patient?
A patient who hasn't been seen at the clinic in 3 years
