What do you do when you get in class?
You make lunch choice, hang up your backpack, wash your hands and get your breakfast or do morning work.
What do you when you walk to recess or specials?
You walk in a quietly and in a straight line.
When you come to school late what do you do?
You need to go to the office to get a late slip.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking and sharing.
How do you ask for help in class?
You ask someone at your table. If you still can't get the answer raise your hand quietly and wait.
When the bell ring during recess what do you do?
Quickly line up in line order, mask up, and face forward.
Where should 2nd grade students play during recess?
They can be on the wood chipped area with the play equipment, on black top to play tether ball, jump rope, or other games, or in the field but only back as far as the picnic table.
How many people is considered a group?
2 or more people.
When can I use the bathroom?
You may se hte restroom when you need to after you have asked and put the cone on your desk..
What happen if you are not following playground rules?
You may either get written up or have to walk the squares.
What is SPOT behavior?
S is for safe, P is for positive, O is for on-task, T is for team player.
How should group members behave in a group?
Group members should listen to others, respect team mates, and participate equally in the group.
What do you do at snack time?
You wash your desk, wash your hands, get your snack, quietly eat, throw away trash, wash desk, wash hands.
How do we behave on the carpet?
We sit on our number criss cross, to not touch others, listen to the speaker.
What do you do when the yard duty person blows the whistle?
You will walk quickly and quietly to your line and line up in line order. Put on mask and face forward.
Be sure have your coat!
Why do students get a write up?
By fighting, harassing others, threatening others, and disobeying the teacher.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How do students line up?
In ABC order or in number order.
How do you show SPOT behavior in the hall?
S - Safe - stay in a quiet straight line
P - Positive - Stay quiet, quiet waves
O - On-task - Voice at a 0 and walking forward
T - Team Player - Hands to yourself and stay with class
When can you go out of the classroom?
You may only leave the classroom with permission from your teacher.
What kind of noise will working in group sound like?
Students talking quietly but not disrupting others.
