What do you do when you want to talk in class?
By raising you hand quietly until you are picked.
What do you do when you get in class?
You hang up backpack on your chair, eat breakfast, and complete morning work quietly.
What do you do when you walk in the hallway, recess, restroom and lunch?
You walk in a quietly and straight line.
When you come to school late like after 8:30, what do you do?
You need to come to class quietly and quickly, unpack, get a sharpened pencil and get started with your day.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking and sharing.
What do you do to help other be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
How do you ask for help in class?
You ask you partner and group (ask 3 before me). If you still can't get the answer raise your hand quietly and wait.
When I stand up during recess or raise my hand?
You must freeze and run to the teacher.
Where should 4th grade students play during recess?
The need to play only in the intermediate play area.
How many people is considered a group?
2 or more people.
When can I use the bathroom?
When the teacher takes you as a class, when you use sign language and get permission.
What happens if you are in an "off limit" area during recess?
You will have to sit out during recess on the bench
How do you get to Think tank?
You will be sent to it if you disrespect your teachers, others and are not following rules to think about what you have done wrong.
What are the roles for each member?
Manager, Material person, Timer, Reporter, Recorder.
What kind of food can students have in class?
Water.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
Before school. You can also trade your pencil for another.
What do you do when the younger students come to the playgroun?
You will walk quietly to another area and let them play.
How do students get a behavior phone call? Office Referral?
By fighting, harassing others, threatening others, and disobeying the teacher.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How do students line up?
In ABC order or in number order.
How should you behave in the hallway to the cafeteria?
You should be quietly because it is called the quietly zone.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless you have the teacher's permission.
What kind of noise will working in group sound like?
Students talking quietly but not disrupting others.
