What do you do when you get in class?
You write your CJ entry, get out your homework and work on "do now".
What are the supplies you need to bring to school?
CJ, case-it, pencils, erasers, whiteboard markers and eraser, scissor, ruler, gluestick, etc.
How do you ask for help during groupwork in class?
You ask you partner and group. If you still can't get the answer raise your hand quietly and wait.
What are the Math-graphing notebooks used for in math?
Taking down notes or homework.
What should you do if you want to come to my office hour?
Give a 24-hour notice, sign up and bring the questions or the topic you are struggling with.
What are the math folders used for?
graded work, handouts.
Can we share food ? and why?
NO. Allergies, etc
When is your math homework due?
At the beginning of each class.
What does it mean by being prepared to school?
Bring all the required supplies, CJ, HW, notebooks to school. Be ready to learn and participate in class.
What are the 5 R's?
Respect yourself; respect your classroom; respect your friendship; respect your learning; respect your community.
How should you behave in the hallway between classes?
Be calm.
What is the CJ for?
The CJ serves as both an organizer and is a direct means of communication between the teachers and parents. The CJ can also help students maintain awareness of upcoming assignments, assessments, activities, supplies needed and school events.
