What do you do when you want to talk in class?
By raising you hand quietly until you are picked.
What do you do when you get in class?
Sit in your desk quietly open your Chromebook and respond to the bell ringer
What can you do when you finish your work early?
Read a book from the classroom library.
Start working on your homework from another lesson.
What do students do with their belongings?
All of your belongings should be hung on your hook including coats and jackets.
When do you know that class is over?
When the teacher dismisses you
When can I use the bathroom?
Restroom breaks, before lunch, and at recess. Please do not leave class during instruction unless it is an emergency.
Where do students sit in the classroom?
In their assigned seat
How should your Chromebook be set up at the start of class?
Fully charged
When can I sharpen my pencil?
Before class, or after class. You can also trade your pencil for another.
If you are absent what do you do when you return to school?
Ask for your late work the day you return to school
What does a good good classroom discussion look like?
Everyone is participating. Not shouting or interrupting others. Having respect for everyone's ideas
What do students do in case of a fire drill
Exit our 5th grade doors and go quietly to our lineup spot.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a note or a hall pass.
How do we use classroom supplies?
Take care of all supplies and return all supplies back to the appropriate container when you are finished with them.
