By raising you hand quietly until you are picked.
What do you do when you get to Mr. Reed's class?
You sit down, look at the Learning Targets on the board, and wait for attendance.
What do you when you walk to the office or lunch?
You walk in a quietly and straight line.
When you come to school late like after 9:30, what do you do?
You need to go to the office to get a late slip.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking and sharing lab jobs.
What do you do to help others be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
How do you ask for help in class?
You ask you partner and group. If you still can't get the answer raise your hand quietly and wait.
When the bell ring during recess what do you do?
You quietly enter the school.
What should you do before you go out to recess?
You need to get your outside clothes and line up in the 8th grade pod.
How many people is considered a lab group?
2 to 3 students.
How do students respect other's properties?
By not touching them or destroying them. Ask to use first before taking anything.
What do you do if you need to go to the bathroom?
Please make sure Mr. Reed knows and sign out on the bathroom sheet.
Should we be walking around the school, so that we can avoid recess?
No!

Make sure that they are silent and away.

Material person, Timer, Reporter, Recorder.
What kinds of food or drink can students have in class?
Anything allowed in class, but only water on lab days.
What should you make sure to bring to class?
Please bring something to write with, your computer, and your notebook.
What do you do when the yard duty person blows the whistle?
You will walk quietly into the school.

What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures.
How do we dismiss from Mr. Reed's class?
You wait for the teacher to dismiss tables.
How should you behave in the hallway to the cafeteria?
You should be walking quietly and getting in line for lunch. If you have your own lunch, then make sure to quietly walk to the 8th grade pod.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a hall pass, or if you sign out to the bathroom. Please don't just leave class.
What kind of noise will working in group sound like?
Students talking quietly but not disrupting others.
