What do you do when you get in class?
You hang up backpack on your chair, sign up for lunch, sharpen pencils and practice math facts.
How do you when you walk to the office or lunch?
You walk in a quietly and straight line.
When you come to school late like after 9:30, what do you do?
You need to go to the office to get a late slip.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking and sharing.
When the whistle blows during recess what do you do?
You must freeze. At the end of recess, put the equipment away and line up quietly!
Where should 3rd grade students play during recess?
The need to play only in the intermediate play area and stay in the boundaries.
How many people is considered a group?
2-3 people
When can I use the bathroom?
Before school, during recess, and lunch recess. But you can also go during work time in class. (NOT DURING A LESSON UNLESS IT'S AN EMERGENCY!)
What happens to you when you are not playing fairly and are mean to people?
You might get put on the wall to think about your choices or you might get a tracker.
How do you get sent to room 36?
You will be sent to it if you disrespect your teachers, others and are not following rules to think about what you have done wrong. You will also go there to finish your work during lunch recess.
What happens if you move to the carpet and aren't working?
You get sent back to your desk and you move from there until you learn to work correctly.
What kind of food can students have in class?
Healthy snacks and water.
What do you do when the recess duty person blows the whistle?
You will pick up the equipment and walk quietly to your line.
How do students get a pink referral slip?
By fighting, harassing others, threatening others, and disobeying the teacher.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How do students line up?
The line leader leads the line. Go stand out on the #2 and wait for the class to be in a quiet, straight line before walking.
How should you behave in the cafeteria?
You should be quiet, responsible, and respectful. You get your lunch card and scan it. You get your tray, milk, entrée and at least 2 salad cart choices.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a pass.
