What do you do when you want to talk in class?
By raising you hand quietly until you are picked.
What do you do when you get in class?
Sit in assigned seat, begin bellwork.
What should be done when activity/lab introduced?
-Ask any unclear instructions
-Reread over directions.

When the bell rings
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking, sharing ideas, and participation.
What do you do to help other be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
How do you ask for help in class?
You ask you partner and group. If you still can't get help raise your hand quietly and wait.
When signal is said what must you do?
You must freeze. Imitate signal sign. Listen for directions.
What should you wear every school day except fridays?
Star uniform/ black pants.
How many people is considered a group?
4 people.
How do students respect other students properties?
By not touching them or destroying them. Ask to use first before taking anything.
When can I use the bathroom?
Before school, through transition time, during lunch. You may ask to use the bathroom during after instructions have been given, 2 planner passes per week after that 2 incentive points removed for each pass.
After instructions/ directions of activity are clear what must you do?
Gather materials with group members. Work in a timely matter.
How do you get to reflection time?
You will be sent to it if you disrespect your teachers, others and are not following rules to think about what you have done wrong.
What are the roles for each member?
Speaker, listener, recorder, editer.
What kind of food can students have in class?
ONLY WATER!
What should I have prepared each day for science class?
-Science notebook
-pencils-homework/materials from previous activity
If there are sharp, glass, materials involved; what are some rules you must follow?
Walk safely to working are, no walking running with glass or sharp items, no horse-playing with others.
How do students get referral to the dean?
By fighting, harassing others, threatening others, not following school/classroom rules.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures.
How do students line up?
Single line, no talking, one person behind another.
What should be done when a group member is not following directions?
You should redirect group member, if group member continues notify teacher.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a note or a hall pass.
What kind of noise will working in group sound like?
Students talking quietly but not disrupting others.
