What do you do when you get in class?
Turn in any homework into the correct tray. Find your seat and sit down quietly.
When you come to school late like after 9:05, what do you do?
You need to go to the office to get a late slip.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking and sharing.
What do you do to help other be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
When the whistle is blown during recess, what do you do?
You gather any playground equipment and line up immediately.
Where should students play during recess?
The need to play only in the designated play area.
How many people is considered a group?
2 or more people.
When can I use the bathroom?
You may use the restroom during reading or math with Miss Prowell or with your homeroom teacher.
What happens to you when you get water or go to the bathroom after the whistle is blown?
You may miss recess for the following day.
How do you miss recess?
You will miss recess if you do not turn in your homework assignments, have too many negative Dojo points, you have unfinished classwork or you have been disrespectful in one of your classes.
What are the roles for each member?
Manager, Material person, Timer, Reporter, Recorder.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
Students aren't allowed to sharpen pencils in Room 202. You may ask Miss Prowell to sharpen your pencils with her electric sharpener.
What do you do when the class is outside for recess?
You will need to find your friends and play with or talk to them. Do not hang around or talk to the teacher unless it is an emergency.
How do students get an office referral slip?
By fighting, harassing others, threatening others, and disobeying the teacher.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
What do you do when the teacher is talking?
Sit quietly and listen!
How should you behave in the hallway to the cafeteria?
You should line up in ABC order and walk in a quiet and straight line.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a note or a hall pass.
What kind of noise will working in group sound like?
Students talking quietly but not disrupting others.
