What do you do when you want to talk in class?
Raise my hand and waite my turn.
What do you do when you get into the class?
I'm organizing my belongings, open my Chromebook and start working by following the daily agenda.
What do you do when you walk to the office or lunch?
I respect the other classes by walking quietly.
When you come to school late like after 8:30, what do you do?
You need to go to the office to get a late slip and report to class.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking and sharing.
What do you do to help others be better students?
I encourage others by saying positive things and respecting each other.
How do you ask for help in a class?
I ask my elbow partner and group. If you still can't get the answer I raise my hand quietly and wait for the teacher.
When the bell rings during the class and the teacher did not finish, what do you do?
I wait until the teacher says"You are dismissed, have a great day, see you tomorrow".
What is happening if you do not have your ID?
1. Get a temporary one from the gym, pay 50C.
2. Get a temporary one from your teacher /Lunch detention will be assigned.
3.Third time -a referral.
How many people are considered a group?
2 or more people.
How do students respect other students' properties?
By not touching them or destroying them. Ask to use first before taking anything.
When can I use the bathroom?
Before school, during recess, and lunch recess. But you can also go if you asked permission and the teacher gives you a pass.
What happens if you use your phone while you are at school?
1.Warning
2. The phone is being taken and the parent is being called.
3. Referral and parent is being called.
How do you get Lunch detention?
You will be sent to LD IF you are disrespectful to your teacher, others and are not following the rules.OR you are not respectful and/or responsible.
What are the rules to leave the class? Ending the day?
Clean off your desk; leave out your work notebook; mouse back to the designated bin, tablet back in the organizer, pick up any trash around your desk;
What kind of food can students have in class?
No food just water in a sealed container.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
When you entered the class before being seated.If during class ask your elbow partner.
What do you do when the yard duty person blows the horn?
You will walk quietly to your designated spot and line up.
What are the procedures in case of a fire drill?
Stop everything; stand up and head for the door quickly, but without running or pushing; do not make any side trips; wait patiently, calmly, and quietly in line outside, until we are allowed to go back to what we were doing.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures.
How do students line up?
Quietly in a single line.
How should you behave in the hallway to the cafeteria?
You should be quiet because it is called the quiet zone.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a note or a hall pass.
How should a "working group" sound/look like?
Students talking quietly but not disrupting others.
